What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Owner-operated small businesses with a real team, including retail, service businesses, restaurants, hospitality, clinics, agencies, and the trades. The work focuses on profitability, operations, leadership, and sustainable growth.
Do I need AI or new software to work with FieldKit?
No. FieldKit is a business consulting firm. AI and automation are optional tools when they solve a real business problem. Sometimes the right answer is a better process, clearer expectations, or a spreadsheet.
What’s the difference between The Freedom Blueprint and a package?
The $497 Freedom Blueprint is a standalone service: the Quick Freedom Check and seven short modules and worksheets before the session, a 90 minute session, and a 3 to 5 page written plan after. Starter, Growth, and Partner provide ongoing business consulting, starting at $999, $1,500, and $2,999 per month respectively. Implementation work, travel, and additional fees depend on the agreed scope.
Is there a minimum engagement?
No. Ongoing consulting packages are month to month, and you can cancel anytime. The introductory Freedom Blueprint has no retainer requirement. Read all engagement terms.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. FieldKit works with owners remotely. The free consultation and The Freedom Blueprint take place over a remote call.
What about my business and customer data?
We use the minimum information needed for the work and discuss access before sharing sensitive business or customer data. Using an AI tool is not a requirement of an engagement.
What does the first conversation cost?
